“When hunting tigers, one needs help from a blood brother.”
Feeding off the spirit of camaraderie forged through the hunt for adventure, GoldCoast Skateboards and Zuriick embraced the chaos together to create the Carnales capsule collection. Comprised of GoldCoast Skateboard’s beautiful real-walnut veneered cruiser (featuring graphics by artist Dan Christofferson as well as 60mm wheels color-matched to Zuriick’s signature purple soles) and two custom pairs of Zuriick shoes, the collection was an ode to sharing a journey into the unknown and coming out the other side with an unshakable bond. The two crews then hit the road to create the campaign, spending a week in the badlands of the American Southwest, chasing whatever may come.
The still and video campaign ran on social/digital channels with heavy influencer support. Additionally, we created a limited edition photo book and orchestrated a massive launch party in one of Salt Lake City’s hippest neighborhoods.
