Acura Motorsports

With several heavily competitive GTD teams already in place and a couple all-new Le Mans Prototype vehicles in the stable, a fresh partnership with Team Penske and a roster of who’s-who to pilot the prototypes, we made a massive push on Acura’s social channels to provide our audiences with an inside track to see what was happening at the races, every step of the way, from the pits to the podiums.

Each race would see my teams & I on the ground, in the pits and on-track bringing intimate, beautifully curated near-real-time content to Acura’s social audiences, from the first practice to the final podium. Assets created on-site were shared via organic & stories postings throughout the event.

Additionally, In an effort to call attention to Acura’s return to racing and successful mid-season standings, we opted to dedicate an entire month to the hashtag #MayMotorsports as an invitation to fans and a challenge to competing teams to participate in posting content and bringing awareness to American motorsport efforts.

Throughout May 2018 we posted content created from a mix of heritage footage and assets that my teams and I had created during the early season, with a mix of teasers, call-out videos and photo posts. The fans loved it and, by sharing curated content with teams & drivers to be shared on their own respective channels, we grew our racing audience base dramatically.
This is a selection of content that I’ve directed & created for Acura Motorsports.
